Leading the Way in Sustainable Brand Experiences

Exposure Group, Benjamin Feltham

At Exposure Group, we’ve always been committed to creating brand experiences that leave a lasting impact — not only with our audiences, but also with purpose and authenticity. But what does "impact" really mean in today’s world?

For us, it’s about more than just delivering memorable creative. It’s about how we operate and contribute to a more sustainable future. Impact should extend beyond the projects we deliver to the way we run our business.

Today, I’m excited to share a major milestone in our journey toward greater sustainability: we’ve reduced our emissions intensity by 25%, alongside a meaningful overall decrease in our carbon footprint. This is a significant achievement, but it’s just one part of the bigger picture.

Our Steps Toward Sustainability

At Exposure Group, sustainability isn’t just a buzzword — it’s part of our DNA. We’ve taken deliberate steps to ensure that our environmental efforts resonate for the right reasons, making a true difference. Here’s a snapshot of the work we’ve done:

  • Transitioned our operations to solar power: We’re reducing our reliance on non-renewable energy sources to power our operations.

  • Conducted a full-scale waste audit: We’ve assessed and optimized our waste management practices to minimize our environmental impact.

  • Improved energy efficiency across all sites: By adopting more energy-efficient systems, we’re reducing our energy consumption and cutting emissions.

  • Engaged and educated our entire team on climate action: A successful sustainability strategy starts with informed and motivated people. We’ve ensured our team understands the importance of our environmental goals.

  • Reduced travel-related emissions across the business: We’ve minimized unnecessary travel and adopted greener options wherever possible.

  • Implemented sustainable travel and supplier policies: We’re working with partners who share our commitment to sustainability.

  • Set annual CO₂ baselines and track them with consistency: We measure, monitor, and act on our emissions data to stay on track and continue improving.

  • Offset 100% of our emissions to maintain carbon neutrality: Through our partnership with Trace | Certified B Corp™, we’ve ensured that our operations remain carbon neutral.

Embracing Innovation for a Greener Future

But we’re not stopping there. We’ve embraced new technologies that allow us to use materials more efficiently, reduce waste, and streamline our processes — all of which help us build better, more sustainable environments. These innovations are helping us make strides in the right direction, ensuring we have a positive impact on the planet while still delivering exceptional results for our clients.

What’s Next?

We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but this is just the beginning. Our commitment to responsible design continues to grow, and we’re already working on exciting new initiatives. These include:

  • Greener materials: We’re exploring new ways to use sustainable materials that have less environmental impact.

  • Next-gen circularity strategies: We’re investigating ways to close the loop on our production processes, embracing the principles of circular economy to ensure that the materials we use have a longer lifespan and are eventually repurposed or recycled.

The Road Ahead

As we continue to raise the bar for sustainability in everything we do, we’re excited for the future. We know that the journey toward a more responsible, sustainable design process is ongoing — and we’re ready for the challenge.

At Exposure Group, we don’t just want to create lasting impacts through the environments we build; we want to make sure our impact is meaningful and responsible in every part of our operations. Stay tuned as we share more about our progress and how we continue to push the boundaries of sustainable design.

The future is bright, and it’s green.
