Project Overview

For nearly 20 years, Exposure Displays has partnered with Airbus as a preferred partner for global exhibition delivery. In this time, we have completed close to 150 exhibition stand projects at some of the world’s most prestigious aerospace and defence events, including FIDAE (Chile), LIMA (Malaysia), the Singapore Airshow, Avalon (Australia), and IDEX (Abu Dhabi).

Our work spans more than 15 countries and demonstrates the ability to deliver premium, consistent, and innovative exhibition solutions on a truly global scale.

Vision

Airbus required an exhibition partner capable of:

Spotlight Project: IDEX (Abu Dhabi)

At IDEX, one of the world’s largest defence exhibitions, Airbus required a high-profile stand to host delegations, industry leaders, and government officials.

  • Vision: Deliver a stand that could function as a multi-zone hub, incorporating immersive AV demos, private negotiation rooms, hospitality areas, and product displays. The stand needed to reflect Airbus’s brand leadership while meeting the highest quality expectations of the local market.
  • Delivery: Combined Airbus’s global design guidelines with localised execution to integrate AV, premium hospitality, and secure meeting environments. Executed with precision finishes and robust logistics coordination.
  • Impact: Reinforced Airbus’s position as a global leader in aerospace and defence, providing a prestigious platform for international engagement and product showcase.
